These terms cover the use of thewindbase.com and the requests you can send through it. They are not the agreement for a camp — that is made separately, in writing, before you commit to anything.

The form sends us a request. It does not hold a place, and it is not a contract. A place exists only once we have confirmed it to you in writing, with the dates, the price and what is included set out.
No payment is taken on this site and we never ask for card details here.
Dates, routes, distances, boats and what a week includes are described as accurately as we can. Some of it depends on weather, sea conditions and the number of people on board, so it can change. If something changes that matters to you, we tell you before you commit.
These are training camps, not holidays. Riding, running, swimming and sailing all carry risk, and the days are long. You are responsible for being honest with us and with yourself about your health and your level.
Before a place is confirmed we may ask you about medical conditions and about insurance that covers the sports you will be doing.
On the water, the skipper decides. Instructions about safety on board are not optional, and we can end someone’s participation if they put themselves or others at risk.
Prices are agreed in writing before a place is confirmed, and no price is taken through this site.
Where a camp page states its own booking terms, those terms apply. For Surf Safari: a 30% non-refundable deposit confirms the booking, and the balance is due 30 days before departure. Anything a camp page does not state is agreed in writing before your place is confirmed.
The text, photographs, video and design here belong to us or are used with permission. Please do not republish them without asking. Linking to us is welcome.
Where we link out to other sites, we do not control what is on them.
We keep this site accurate and available as best we can, but we do not promise it will be free of errors or never go offline. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Turkish law applies to this site, and the courts and enforcement offices of İzmir have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, the mandatory protections of the country you live in still apply to you.
